A Product Designer with a holistic view of systems, business, users, technology, and ethics. I design for complex environments, including credit products for underserved populations, hybrid advisor–customer flows, and solutions powered by alternative scoring models. I operate as a hybrid across UX, UI, research, strategy, and facilitation. With a background in history and sales, I bring a strong understanding of human behavior, narrative, and critical thinking to every project. I’m Colombian and currently based in Medellín.
